Last night I worked an overnight shift at the hospital. Brent and I finally decided that it was a good night to start putting Jack in his crib. . .and letting him soothe himself to sleep/ and back to sleep(since I was not home). For the last several months he has been sleeping in our room in his bassinette, and waking up frequently throughout the night to eat (he loves his mommy time). We knew it was time to "nip this in the bud" so the adventure begins! To our complete amazement, Jack went to sleep without a peep and slept in his bed from 9:30pm to 6:00am!!! Wow!!! "Is it really going to be this easy" is the question running through our minds right now? Hey- who are we to complain . . . .so tonight we will start bedtime a little earlier and pray that we have a repeat event of the fabulous night before:)
